DRC Vice-President Zhang Laiming meets with Intl food policy institute director general

Zhang Laiming, Vice-President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Fan Shenggen, director general of the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) on Dec 23, when they exchanged ideas on issues of global food and nutrition, China's agriculture, farmers and rural areas as well as cooperation between the two sides.
Dr Cheng Guoqiang, director-general of DRC's International Cooperation Department, joined the meeting.
