Long Guoqiang, director-general of the General Office, Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), attended the 2014 Asian Think Tank Development Forum in Seoul, South Korea, Nov 19–21, where he addressed the gathering. The forum was organized by the Asian Development Bank and Korea Development Institute.
