Li Wei, minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), delivered a speech at the 2014 China Low-Carbon Development Strategy Conference in Beijing on Aug 30, 2014.

The conference was organized by the National Center for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation, with the sponsorship of the National Development and Reform Commission's (NDRC) Department of Resource Conservation and Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Finance's Department of Education, Science and Culture.
