Abstract:

To effectively dissolve the institutional risks in China's stock market, efforts should be put into the following areas: 1. clear positioning of the stock market in the economy and maintaining consistent development of the stock market and stable expectations; 2. integrate the market based on appropriate division for a unified and structured market system; 3. speed up legal construction of the stock market; and 4. protect the interest of investors, pursuing an equitable, fair and open stock market.
