Liu Shijin, vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council, was present at the Fourth Chinese Capital Markets Conference and delivered a keynote speech, in Ningbo, East China's Zhejiang province, on May 24.

The seminar was held by Ningbo municipal government, Peking University, and University of Nottingham Ningbo China.
