A seminar on Institutional Building and Opening up of Security Market was convened on May 29th in Guangzhou. The seminar was co-organized by DRC and the Nomura Foundation of Japan. Mr. Jin Renqing, former Vice President of DRC and Mr. Junichi Ujiie, Chairman of Nomura Holdings delivered speeches in the seminar. Experts and officials from International Cooperation Department, Research Department of Foreign Economic Relations, Enterprise Research Institute, Research Institute of Finance, and Resource and Environment Research Institute of DRC, as well as officials from Ministry of Finance, China Security Regulatory Commission (CSRC), and State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) were present at the seminar with their counterparts from Nomura Institute of Capital Markets Research.
