TEDA Library & Archives

[It is the only regional cultural institution in China that integrates the management of books, archives, and information, recognized as a national first-class comprehensive archive.]

TEDA Library & Archives covers an area of 16,700 square meters, with a total building area of 66,700 square meters and 1,200 reading seats. It employs 87 staff members and holds a collection of 1.559 million books. It has been recognized by the National Archives Administration of China and China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism as a "National First-Class Archive" and a "National First-Class Public Library."  

The library's architecture exudes a modern atmosphere, utilizing an integrated management approach that meets the needs for collection, inquiry, reading, and borrowing. It also features various functional areas, including an academic lecture hall, electronic reading room, individual (group) study rooms, and training classrooms, catering to different user needs.  

The Library is highly praised by users for its elegant environment, rich book resources, convenient borrowing services, and positive learning atmosphere. It offers a children's literature reading area to meet the needs of parents and children. Additionally, it provides leisure facilities such as a cafe and restaurant, creating a comfortable environment for study and reading.
