Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Supreme People’s Court is responsible for hearing appeals of cases of Beihai Maritime Court. The commercial appeals are governed by the People’s 4th Court and administrative cases are governed by the Administrative Court of the Supreme People’s Court.
