Session 31: Frontiers of terahertz biophysics and seminar on future development

Terahertz science, which integrates the characteristics of electronics and photonics, is a typical interdisciplinary research field. It serves as the technological foundation for a new generation of industries and will be a crucial support for the growth of information technology in the post-Moore era.
In recent years, terahertz technology has garnered significant attention and developed rapidly. As a burgeoning field, it provides unprecedented technical means and opportunities for physics, life sciences and medical sciences. Progress has been made in various research directions, including terahertz sources, transmission, detection, imaging, high-field and optics, biophysics and biomedical applications.
Leveraging the frontiers of terahertz biophysics, this session will explore the future development of this discipline, aiming to achieve revolutionary advancements and breakthroughs.
