Lunch and Dinner

Dinning tickets will be given to you after registration. The conference will provide you with a welcome reception on Aug 24 and lunch-boxes from Aug 24 to 27. You will need to hand your dining tickets over to the catering staff before having your meals.

The Welcome Reception is free for all registered participants. Drinks and light snacks will be served.

Please join us in the Sphere Cafe of Chengdu Century City Holiday Inn (West Building).

• Poster Session  Aug 25 15:00 - 17:00

Poster session will be held in Crystal II on the 5th floor of Century City International Convention Center. Please paste your poster before 15:00 on Aug 25. The poster space will be pre-assigned by their abstract number. The poster board is 0.9m wide and 1.2m high.

PPT Collection

Reporters have to submit their PPT files to the registration desk.

Name Badge

Participants have to wear name badges, which are identifications for the admission to the scientific sessions as well as to the coffee breaks. 

Transportation

From Shuangliu Airport: Take metro Line 4 at the Shuangliu Airport to the Century City Station and walk 800 meters to the Chengdu Century City Holiday Inn (West Building)

From Chengdu East Railway Station: Bus 504 or metro Line 7 and Line 1
