Biophysical Society of China established the Collaborative Innovation Center of the BSC National Bio-industry Base in Dezhou, East China's Shandong province, boosting the  collaborative development of Beijing, Tianjin and neighbouring Hebei province (Jing-Jin-Ji region)

Cooperating with the Biophysical Society of Shandong (in preparation) and Shandong Biophysics Key Laboratory, BSC signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Dezhou municipal government, Dezhou University and the city’s leading biological companies in finding the Collaborative Innovation Center of the BSC National Bio-industry Base in Dezhou. The bio-industry base is set up to promote the exchanges and cooperation in the fields of biological medicine, biological agriculture and biological energy in the Jing-Jin-Ji region and at the same time greatly enhance Dezhou city’s capacity in industry transfer and acceptance, commercialization of research findings and cultivating high-quality labor force.
