Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town) held the 2025 Conference on Optimizing Business Environment and Promoting High-Quality Development on Thursday.

The conference released the Ten Action Plans for Optimizing Business Environment in 2025, the 2025 Beijing E-Town investment opportunity list, the 2025 Beijing E-Town enterprises cooperation list, and the details of cooperation agreements signed with 11 fund management companies.

The Ten Action Plans for Optimizing Business Environment in 2025 specifies the implementation of 10 key actions this year, covering the areas of leading industry chain aggregation, future industry cultivation, professional service aggregation, talent aggregation and wisdom navigation, industrial financial empowerment, industrial space efficiency enhancement, open cooperation and expansion, comprehensive digital transformation, integrated services for enterprises, and urban charm enhancement.

Through the implementation of the 10 actions, Beijing E-Town will select 1,000 high-growth enterprises in 2025 as reserve companies for fund investment and services, accelerating the cultivation of a group of industry-leading enterprises.

Meanwhile, a second phase of a government-guided fund with a scale of 10 billion yuan ($1.37billion) will be established; intellectual property securitization products with a total scale of 2 billion yuan of storage shelves will be issued within the year; over 10,000P high-performance computing power will be constructed; and no less than 1 billion kilowatt-hours of green electricity supply will be provided to enterprises.

In addition, the 2025 Beijing E-Town investment opportunity list focusing on major annual investment projects, industrial investment policies, land supply plans, and the construction of an AI-city was released.

Through face-to-face communication with local enterprises, various departments of Beijing E-Town helped clarifying specific development plans for the next stage in multiple fields and expand new cooperation opportunities.

At the conference, Beijing E-Town signed agreements with 11 fund management companies including ICBC Capital and BOCOM Capital, empowering the fund cluster through strong partnerships for further optimization and upgrading.

The awards, such as the 2024 Outstanding Business Environment Demonstration Park, 2024 Excellent Innovative Enterprises, the 9th Boda Contribution Award, and the 2024 Beijing E-Town Top 100 Enterprises, were presented during the conference.

In 2025, Beijing E-Town is expected to further enhance its industrial capabilities, strengthen innovation efficiency, accelerate the construction of a new quality productive forces area for advanced productivity, and establish an internationally top-tier high-end industrial comprehensive new city.
