Beijing-based Primarius Technologies was among the winners at the 2024 World Electronics Achievement Awards, hosted by the AspenCore media group.

Primarius, which is located in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town) won the "Annual EDA Product Award" for its outstanding performance in the Target-Driven Model Extraction Automation Platform SDEP™ product.

As an innovative semiconductor device model automation extraction platform, SDEP™ aims to address the advanced SPICE modeling challenges faced by the industry. It provides users with a system to preserve and receive new device modeling expertise and uses target-oriented algorithms to build automated processes for different process platforms and applications.

At the recent 2024 "China Chip" first EDA special award ceremony, Primarius' "High-precision, Large-capacity Full-chip Transistor-level Circuit Fast Simulation Technology" NanoSpice Pro X™ won the "EDA Technical Innovation Award", while the company's standard cell library characterization solution NanoCell™ was nominated for the "EDA Product Innovation Award".
