E-Town extends investment invitation in Australia

Updated: 2024-07-25

Recently, at the Australian Trade and Investment Expo held in Sydney, the E-Town Investment Promotion Representative Office made an on-site promotion and extended a sincere invitation to local businesses. This marks another milestone in E-Town's global investment attraction efforts since the launch of the "E-Town Global Partnership Program."

At the end of June, E-Town released the country's first special incentive policy for intermediary agencies that introduce foreign-funded enterprises - the "Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area Foreign Investment Promotion Incentive Measures" (hereinafter referred to as the "Incentive Measures").

Together with the previously introduced "Nine Policies for Foreign Investment" and "Twenty Measures for Foreign Companies", this policy forms a comprehensive policy system for attracting foreign investment.

According to the Incentive Measures, E-Town will provide landing bonuses and contribution bonuses to various institutions or economic organizations that facilitate the landing of foreign-funded projects or enterprises, with a maximum bonus of up to 10 million yuan ($1.39 million). This has greatly motivated intermediary agencies to assist E-Town in attracting investment.

E-Town's strong policy support and open innovation ecosystem are attracting more and more investment entities into the zone's circle of friends.

Recently, E-Town signed a strategic cooperation agreement with AQL Holdings. Taking this cooperation as an opportunity, AQL Holdings' investment site representative office in Australia has become an important carrier for E-Town to attract investment in Australia.

From July 12 to 14, the OZ Portal Show held the Australian Trade and Investment Expo in Sydney, Australia. During the event, representatives from E-Town's Investment Promotion Representative Office attended such events as the Gala Dinner and Investment Forum, where they introduced the basic situation of E-Town to participating Australian and other international businesses face-to-face, and welcomed biomedical, smart manufacturing, robotics, and information technology companies to come and visit E-Town.

At present, E-Town has signed the Global Partnership Agreement with multiple institutions such as the AHK Greater China and AQL Holdings. It has also established overseas investment promotion representative offices in Singapore, Germany, and the United States to attract projects from various countries. Through its international investment resources and channel organization capabilities, it is helping E-Town go global and attract innovative resources worldwide.
