Ola Benatti operates an international trading company. Due to the expiration of her company's registered address lease, she came to the Government Service Center to change the address.

As soon as Ola entered the lobby, she received a warm welcome. The service staff guided her to the second-floor access and operation service area. After completing her business issues, the comprehensive window staff also answered her questions about foreign talent work permits and residence permits.

"I have been in Beijing for many years. In 2015, I registered my company in Beijing E-Town. The experience of doing business here is extraordinary. The staff can provide full English service," Ola Benatti said. "After settling here, I feel even more the charm of Beijing E-Town. The environment is clean and beautiful, and the various supporting facilities are very complete, which is very suitable for living."

The Beijing E-Town Government Service Center offers one-stop application service for the work permit and the residence permit for all types of foreign talents.

The integrated service for foreign-related approvals has also realized "one-window acceptance" for 20 types of services including foreign talents, overseas Chinese, foreign investment, import and export services, and Free Trade Zone empowerment.

In addition, to attract more talents, Beijing E-Town has built the first million-square-meter international talent community which is expected to provide 6,000 units of international talent apartments after completion.

As of now, Beijing E-Town has attracted more than 1,200 foreign-funded enterprises from 62 countries and regions.
