"In just two months, we've secured orders worth over 20 million yuan ($2.78 million), setting a promising tone for the company's goals in 2024." When discussing the pace of its newly signed product orders, a representative from CETC Beijing Electronic Equipment Group Co, an integrated circuit equipment manufacturing enterprise in Beijing E-Town, used the word "rapid".

Recently, dozens of HP-6100 automatic dicing saws from the company completed assembly, debugging, and assessment, and smoothly set off for customer sites, achieving a "good start" for shipments in 2024.

The relevant person in charge of CETC Beijing explained that the HP-6100 automatic dicing saw produced by the company is widely used for cutting various materials, especially for multi-chip cutting. 

It is suitable for cutting processes of ceramic substrates, glass, packaging bodies, silicon wafers, and discrete devices. It is a "star model" that has been polished and cultivated for many years in the dicing product field.

As a wholly-owned holding company of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC), CETC Beijing is the undertaking unit of many key projects such as the Ministry of Science and Technology's 02 Special Project, the 863 Program, and the Key R&D Program. 

It mainly engages in the research, development, production, and sales of equipment such as thinning machines, dicing saws, and grinding machines for the fields of integrated circuits, third-generation semiconductors, and other discrete devices. It covers material processing, chip manufacturing, and packaging processes for 4-inch, 6-inch, 8-inch, and 12-inch wafers and is an important semiconductor equipment supplier in China.

In 2023, the company achieved an 81 percent increase in main business income compared to 2022, a 113 percent increase in profit, and a 36 percent increase in newly signed contracts compared to the previous year, with the silicon carbide sector experiencing significant revenue growth and accounting for 42 percent of the total. 

"The high-quality development of the company is inseparable from the support and care of Beijing E-Town." Head of CETC Beijing stated.

Last November, the company successfully applied for the "2023 Beijing E-Town Science and Technology Research and Development Project Incentive Fund" and the "2023 Beijing E-Town First Major Technical Equipment (Set) Evaluation", providing impetus for its further development.
