Beijing E-Town boosts productive service industry with substantial incentives
Beijing E-Town recently rolled out a series of substantial measures to promote the productive service industry. Fast-growing enterprises will receive support based on the first quarter and annual revenue increments, with a maximum annual support of 5 million yuan ($705,120.5).
These measures encourage technology service enterprises to achieve a 12 percent increase in operating income in the first quarter of 2024.
Support will be provided based on 0.8 percent of the first-quarter's operating income increment, with a maximum of 1 million yuan.
For enterprises with annual operating income below 100 million yuan, achieving 12 percent growth, support will be given based on 0.5 percent of the operating income increment. For enterprises with annual operating income of 100 million yuan or above, achieving 8 percent growth, support will be provided based on 0.5% of the operating income increment, with a maximum of 2 million yuan for the entire year.
In the information service industry, these measures encourage enterprises to achieve a 20 percent increase in operating income in the first quarter of 2024.
Support will be provided based on 1.5 percent of the first-quarter's operating income increment, with a maximum of 2 million yuan.
For enterprises with an annual operating income below 500 million yuan, achieving 20 percent growth, support will be given based on 1 percent of the operating income increment. For enterprises with annual operating income of 500 million yuan or above, achieving 20 percent growth, support will be provided based on 1.2 percent of the operating income increment, with a maximum of 5 million yuan for the entire year.

In addition, these measures will also provide certain rewards for eligible leasing and business service enterprises and newly added information service enterprises in the year 2024.
