With the actual needs of center employees in mind, Beijing E-Town has accelerated the establishment of an organized and convenient commuting support system.

Starting on Dec 18, Beijing E-Town introduced two new 50-seat buses, operating in fixed time cycles.

The route passes through Yinghai Runtang Community, Xiyue Linyu Community, Wufutang Subway Station, and the office area of the six centers, providing a more secure commuting service for employees.

Meanwhile, coordination has been made with the shared bicycle operating company to ensure that there are more than 100 shared bicycles at the north gate of the six major centers.

On Nov 28, the E-TOWN Health Valley collective rental housing project officially started construction on Block D of Zhongke E-commerce Valley.

The plan is to build 1,388 sets of residential rental housing, 324 sets of dormitory-type rental housing, and to construct an underground garage and other community service facilities.

Currently, the power capacity expansion plan for the charging piles in the office area's underground parking has been approved by the municipal power supply company.

A static parking company has been introduced, and the construction of a temporary paid parking lot was completed at the end of May, and the surrounding transportation facilities have been improved.

The six centers, including the Drug Evaluation Center, the Food and Drug Audit and Inspection Center, the Drug Reevaluation Center, the Administrative Matters Acceptance Service and Complaint Reporting Center, have completed relocation.

The Medical Device Evaluation Center and the Information Center will gradually move in next year.
