Beijing E-Town released the work plan for deepening reform and innovation to build a comprehensive demonstration zone for business at the end of June. 

The plan proposes 97 reform measures, of which 29 are pilot reform measures.

Tailored strategies to smooth new food license application

"Thanks to the 'tailored strategies' policy of Beijing E-Town, our company was able to obtain permits promptly and achieve rapid production," said the representative of Beijing Yiran Biological Technology Co. 

As a high-tech company engaged in probiotic production, Yiran Bio has applied for a new Food Production License to the Administrative Approval Bureau of Beijing E-Town. They successfully obtained permits for producing probiotic powder and composite probiotic powder through the area's "tailored strategies" policy.

Cloud survey accelerates administrative approval process

The first Naixue Pro tea shop settled in Beijing E-Town a few months ago. 

Before opening, the company's representatives had concerns: would there be enough time to apply for the business license, food business permit, and publishing branch institution filing proof? Beijing E-Town quickly dispelled their worries. 

After being introduced to the reformed processes through a dedicated window, the company representatives chose to utilize the "integrated license" approach and the "cloud survey" method. 

The next day, they obtained the Food Business Permit and the Publishing Branch Institution Filing Proof.

Development of plan enhances infrastructure conditions for industrial land

The Beijing E-Town Administrative Committee issued the implementation plan for enhancing municipal infrastructure for industrial land in Beijing E-Town on July 27. 

This plan strengthens the guarantee of basic infrastructure conditions for industrial land. It aims to address special situations that enterprises face before construction and production, providing financial support to start construction, carry out projects, and begin production early.

Optimized platform facilitates direct access to favorable policies

To support corporate development, the Government Service Center of Beijing E-Town has developed the mobile version of the policy implementation comprehensive service platform based on the web version. 

This platform allows applicants to access policies, submit projects, review announcements, and track progress anytime and anywhere without being limited by time or location. It realizes the concept of "handling policies in the palm of your hand" for favorable policies benefiting enterprises.
