The 2023 World Robot Conference opened in Beijing E-Town on Aug 16. 

During the opening ceremony, officials and scientists jointly pressed the start button to launch the conference. 

The World Robot Collaboration Organization was initiated by 34 institutions including the China Electronics Society and the Israel Robot Association. 

Attendees visited the 2023 World Robot Expo, where they toured booths featuring key core components, Estun Automation, Soft Robot Tech, and more.

Themed "Open Innovation and Sharing the Future", the conference included the "Cooperation Night," six main forums, 30 special forums, as well as an expo and related events. 

A total of 320 guests from various fields including politics, industry, academia, research, and application were in attendance. Some 159 companies showcased nearly 600 robot products, and almost 10,000 participants engaged in competitions. 

The event aims to further promote international cooperation, stimulate the vitality of market entities, unleash the power of technological innovation, deepen global exchange and cooperation in the robotics industry, support Beijing as an international center for scientific and technological innovation and international communication, and promote the high-quality development of the robot industry.

Government officials, leaders of national robot associations and international organizations, scholars, and business representatives participated in the event.
