SEMICON/FPD China 2023, the world's largest and most influential international semiconductor exhibition, opened in Shanghai on June 29, with an exhibition area reaching a record-breaking 90,000 square meters.

Beijing E-Town exhibition area showcased the entire industrial chain of integrated circuits and the business environment of the area, with 11 integrated circuit companies from Beijing E-Town presenting new products and technologies.

In the design display area, Pixelcore unveiled the domestically launched pixel-level intelligent vision sensor. Among exhibitors in this area, Chipone ranked first among global or mainland Chinese manufacturers, Espressif laid out a new generation of computing architecture chips centered around RISC-V, and Bitmain is a globally leading manufacturer of blockchain servers.

In the manufacturing display area, SMIC Beijing, SMIC North, and SMIC Jingcheng, covering the 0.18-micron to 28-nanometer process with six generations of process technology, made their appearances.

Silex, the domestic pioneer in operating 8-inch microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) product foundry lines, also gave a presentation.

In the testing and packaging display area, companies like RFMD showcased their products. In the field of integrated circuit testing and packaging, Beijing E-Town's layout has been gradually improved.

RFMD is a globally top-ranked RF chip testing and packaging enterprise, and Chipone constructs an advanced testing and packaging base, extending its reach downstream in the industry chain.

In the equipment display area, Mattson Technology showcased its 12-inch silicon etching machine, and Chipone displayed its 12-inch single-wafer cleaning machine. In the field of integrated circuit industry equipment, Beijing E-Town boasts the largest scale in the country, with Chipone and Mattson Technology being among the top 30 global equipment enterprises.

In the components and materials display area, Dongfang Jingyuan Electron exhibited relevant components. In the field of integrated circuit industry components and materials, Beijing E-Town has gathered numerous well-known companies such as Beijing U-precision Tech and Kaide Quartz.
