Measures that companies have been anticipating
The work plan for deepening reform and innovation, and building a comprehensive demonstration zone for business environment in Beijing E-Town was recently issued.
"The content of the plan is closely aligned with the actual development of enterprises. Among the 97 reform measures, 29 are pilot initiatives," said Zhang Jingru, general manager of the Public Affairs Department at Landspace.
"As a manufacturing and high-end equipment technology company, Landspace focuses on innovation, research and development of new technologies and products, capital investment, production expansion, marketing, and talent attraction. The work plan addresses all of these aspects and wants to make improvements and enhancements within this year, which will greatly contribute to the company's development," Zhang added.
The work plan is closely linked to the 6.0 version of Beijing's optimization of the business environment reform plan. It is well-implemented and covers a wide range, demonstrating strong reform efforts, according to Zhang Jingang, manager of Government Affairs Department at Kuanteng Medical.
Qi Zhuan, general manager of Samson China, remarked, "The main structure of Samson China's Phase III construction project was completed on June 21. Since acquiring the land last year, the project has been built from scratch with the support of Beijing E-Town in just 10 months. Initially, Samson China faced the dilemma of not having enough space for expansion. After learning this, Beijing E-Town coordinated with various parties and provided us with a suitable piece of land within just one month.”
"The policies proposed in the work plan, such as the commencement of construction upon land acquisition, are reflected in our project at Samson China. This has reduced many approval procedures and saved time delays, enabling us to quickly realize our investment and land the project." Qi stressed.
