Beijing E-Town introduces 97 measures to enhance business environment
This April, the 6.0 version of the reform plan to optimize the business environment in Beijing was released, aiming to comprehensively improve the business environment.
The work plan for deepening reform and innovation and creating an integrated demonstration zone for the business environment in Beijing E-Town has also been announced.
The plan continues the main theme of enhancing the six major environmental improvements, focusing on the needs of high-quality industrial development and improving the satisfaction of enterprises and the general public, aiming to achieve the highest standards and best levels.
It proposes 97 reform measures to ensure that the business environment in Beijing E-Town remains at the forefront of the city.
Among the 97 reform measures this year, 29 are pilot reforms. Beijing E-Town will focus on financial support for the real economy, ensuring the implementation of industrial projects, promoting regional collaborative innovation and development, and enhancing internationalization, among other areas. The goal is to create a new model for reform and innovation in the business environment.
"The model is innovative. It not only helps companies achieve their 'dual carbon' goals but also effectively solves the problem of loan difficulties, achieving two benefits at once," said a representative of Beijing Shengtong Printing Co, expressing satisfaction with the services provided by Beijing E-Town in the form of a pledge loan of 10 million yuan against Beijing's first carbon emission quota.
According to the content of the plan, this year, Beijing E-Town will strengthen its role in financial support, promote green financial services, establish four major leading industry special funds, establish a risk compensation mechanism for loans to small and medium-sized enterprises, and engage in the intellectual property securities business.
The area also aims to build a systematic financial support system that covers enterprises of all types and stages of development, empowering them for high-quality development.
"It greatly simplifies the pre-project approval procedures, reducing the duration of planning and management by nearly a month," added the representative. On May 19, Beijing E-Town issued the management measures for the supply and management of design plans for industrial land use rights in Beijing E-Town, receiving high praise from companies in the area.
Building upon efficient land circulation, Beijing E-Town will also ensure the supply of resources and energy in water, electricity, heating, infrastructure, and other aspects, addressing other concerns about industrial development.
