Registration opens for 2023 OpenAtom Global Open-Source Summit
The 2023 OpenAtom Global Open-Source Summit will be held in the Beijing Etrong International Exhibition and Convention Center from June 11 to 13.

Co-hosted by the OpenAtom Open Source Foundation, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, and the Beijing E-Town Administrative Committee, the summit is themed on "Empowering the Future with Open Source."
Through various forms such as the opening ceremony and summit forum, sub-forums, thematic exhibitions, and Open-Source Week activities, the event will gather superior resources from government, industry, academia, research, application, innovation, investment, finance and other fields to discuss the future of open source.
The summit will focus on the latest developments and cutting-edge technologies in the global open-source ecosystem, covering areas such as its governance, projects, cutting-edge technologies, and industry practices.
It will also showcase new technologies and developments in fields such as open-source operating systems, cloud-native programs, large-scale models, databases, intelligent transportation, and security technology practices, demonstrating the prosperity and development of relevant high-quality projects and the broader open-source community.
Open-source forces from various fields will gather at the summit, including those from government, industry, academia, research, application, innovation, investment, and finance. It will explore effective paths in which open-source practices may empower the digital economy and promote social development and contribute wisdom to the development of China's open-source ecosystem.
The summit will release the AtomGit code collaboration platform and the 2023 OpenAtom Open-Source Ecosystem Development Report. It will also hold the establishment ceremonies for the Cloud-Native Open-Source Committee and the Artificial Intelligence Open-Source Committee.
More than 20 thematic sub-forums will cover topics such as openEuler, OpenHarmony, open-source large-scale models, cloud-native, and CARSMOS open-source intelligent transportation. Events such as the Developer Night, Open-Source Book Club, and Open-Source Week, will also be featured.
As the hosting area for this summit, Beijing E-Town has actively promoted the development of the new generation of information technology industry and continuously improved the open-source ecosystem.
It has formed an industrial cluster in the information and communication technology sector led by enterprises such as JD Technology, Unicom Digital Tech, and Tongxin Software.
The establishment of the OpenAtom Open-Source Foundation in Beijing E-Town has led to significant benefits and the initial formation of an industrial ecosystem, accelerating the development of the open-source landscape.
