The program's main goal is to promote the training of skilled talents in enterprises and strengthen the industrial workforce.
Education institutions such as enterprise and technical schools, vocational schools, vocational training institutions, and enterprise training centers jointly train new recruits and job transferees by adopting models such as enterprise-school double teaching and apprenticeship, and alternating work and study.
