Beijing E-Town will carry out Q1 output growth incentive application from Apr 17 to May 8, 2023.

How to apply and what are the requirements? Read on.

From April 17, 2023 to May 8, 2023, applicants can enter the Policy Redemption Comprehensive Service Platform through the official website of Beijing E-Town. Register and log in to submit the project application. Applications submitted after the specified period will not be considered.

Who may apply? Registered enterprises above designated size in Beijing E-Town and have positive year-on-year growth rate of Q1 output in 2023 may qualify. 

Enterprises should not have major administrative penalties or criminal records from Apr 1, 2020 to Mar 31, 2023. They should not be listed as illegal and untrustworthy entities. They also should have no illegal construction determined by relevant departments.

For enterprises above designated size with positive growth rate of Q1 output in 2023, a funding reward of 0.5 percent of the incremental output value of Q1 will be given. A funding reward of 1 percent of the incremental output value of Q1 will be given to enterprises with growth rate exceeding 6 percent (inclusive); the maximum reward will not exceed 15 million yuan (inclusive). 

It is worth noting that the base of year-on-year growth rate for newly registered, relocated or newly-added enterprises above designated size is 5 million yuan ($726,121)

The subsidy amount is in units of ten thousand yuan, rounded to two decimal places, and the part less than 100 yuan will be ignored. 

The reward amount for a single enterprise is not tied to the annual economic contribution of the enterprise.
