To better connect innovation and entrepreneurship projects, entrepreneurial policies, venture capital, and entrepreneurial services, the 4th Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition of "Innovation China" for 2023, jointly sponsored by the Science and Technology Innovation Department of China Association for Science and Technology, the Enterprise Innovation Service Center of the China Association for Science and Technology, and the Zhongguancun Industry Technology Alliance Federation, and supported by five institutions including the Beijing E-Town Administrative Committee, has started its project collection.

The competition focuses on pan-technology fields such as next-generation information technology, biomedicine and health, energy conservation and new energy, advanced manufacturing, new materials, and modern transportation, and is open to participants from home and abroad that are innovative enterprises and teams with key core technological innovation capabilities and high growth potential. 

Through a series of competition arrangements such as online BP selection, on-site roadshows, resource matchmaking, and training exchanges, the competition provides a platform for showcasing advanced technologies and products, discovering innovative and dynamic enterprises and innovation teams with development potential, helping to match resources and connect them with capital, and promoting high-quality growth of such companies.

Requirements for participation

The competition is divided into an enterprise group and a team group, and participants can choose to participate as either an enterprise or a team, with the core members of the participating enterprise or team being no less than three persons, possessing core or mature technologies, products, and services.

The competition also requires that participating projects should have innovation capabilities and high growth potential in fields such as next-generation information technology, biomedicine and health, energy conservation and new energy, advanced manufacturing, new materials, and modern transportation.

The technical and product-related intellectual property rights of the participating projects should be clear, without intellectual property disputes; the technology and products should be non-confidential and should not involve national security or industry secrets. The members of participating enterprises and teams must have good social credit, no major records of dishonesty or criminal records, and no records of poor business operations.
