The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology recently announced the list of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in Beijing, with five companies in Beijing E-Town, namely Beijing BDA Network & Information Co, Tops Coolant Chemical Technology (Beijing) Co, Beijing Xinlian Shuan Technology, Zhongxin Recheng Technology (Beijing) Co, and Dai Na Technology Co making the list.

As of now, the number of innovative SMEs in Beijing has reached 206.

The qualifications for Beijing's innovative SMEs consist of three categories and six indicators, including innovation capability, growth potential, and specialization. 

There are strict requirements for the innovation capability and growth potential of enterprises, so certification is a recognition of their innovation capability and development potential.

Zhongxin Recheng Technology (Beijing) Co, which obtained certification this time, is mainly focused on infrared quantum dot material imaging chip technology and has independent intellectual property rights and technological advantages in key technical areas such as device preparation, circuit design, and packaging integration. 

Liu Yanfei, general manager of the company, said that Zhongxin Recheng has been devoted to technical research and development and has made rapid progress in many research fields. 

"Since the beginning of this year, the company has finalized two short-wave related products with six models and is currently shipping them in small batches. It is expected that larger shipments will be possible in the second half of this year. In addition, a desktop photolithography machine for scientific research users has also been launched on the market for mass production. And several mid-wave related projects are continuously advancing," Liu added. 

In the future, the company will upgrade and iterate new versions of existing products, promote the dual improvement of technology and performance, and continue to advance mid-wave related projects.

"The recognition of innovative SMEs is not only a recognition of our work by relevant national departments, but also an encouragement and a spur, which has enhanced our company's brand awareness," said Yang Zhihai, head of Tops Coolant.
