With the release of the lists of a new batch of recognized first (sets of) major technological innovation products and the list of proposed enterprises to be supported with funds, Beijing E-Town has added 22 more first (sets of) major technological innovation products. 

So far, 55 first (sets of) products from enterprises within the area have been recognized by Beijing E-Town.

First (sets of) products refer to products that have achieved major technological breakthroughs, possess intellectual property rights, and have not yet achieved market performance. 

They include the first three sets or batches of complete equipment, stand-alone equipment and products including software systems. 

Meanwhile, special support will be offered to projects that achieve breakthroughs in key technology fields, as well as intelligent terminal products with good economic and social benefits and broad market prospects.

Twenty-two enterprises on the list cover E-Town's four leading and emerging industries.

The Qingteng Adaptive Security Platform of Qingteng Cloud Security has created a new category of host security; WeMed's Medical Angiography X-ray Machine (DSA) has obtained dual certification from China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) and the European Union's CE. 

Topsky Intelligent's self-developed special robots fill gaps in niche fields, promoting the development of intelligent emergency rescue; and Galactic Energy's CERES-1 solid-propellant carrier rocket has successfully launched five times in a row, setting a new record for the delivery of commercial private rockets in China.

What impact does the recognition of the first (set of) products have on enterprises? According to policies, for the recognized first (sets of) major technological innovation products in Beijing E-Town, 30 percent of the sales of the first three (sets or batches of) products will receive funding. 

"Our cutting-edge and highly flexible intelligent assembly and detection project, recognized as the first (set of) major technological innovation products in E-Town, has received hundreds of thousands of yuan in rewards," said the head of UW-Robotics. 

The project aims to realize automatic detection, data analysis, automatic adjustment, and automated assembly of component units for car taillights or doors, through intelligent matching.
