On the first working day after the Spring Festival holiday, let's see how the government affairs service centers in Beijing E-Town prepared to reopen for business.

Beijing E-Town Government Affairs Service Center

At 9am in the lobby of the Beijing E-Town Government Affairs Service Center, staff at the front desk guided visitors. All windows were open for work. Other staff members performed their duties -- like checking files and collecting information -- in an orderly manner.

Some staff members arrived one day in advance to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the offices to ensure that the systems and equipment operate normally.

At around 8am, the staff at each window settled in as they prepared to receive residents who came to do business with the service center.

Staff members changed into their uniforms in advance, wiped the floating dust on workstations and computers. They checked the equipment and facilities. On the morning of Jan 28, all the staff of the Ronghua Street Government Affairs Service Center arrived at their posts, starting the first working day after the holiday.
