Beijing E-Town issues China's first comprehensive license with the widest coverage

Updated: 2022-09-21

Beijing E-Town upgraded its "one integrated license" policy this year.

On the basis of launching 50 scenarios in 20 industries, such as bookstores, supermarkets, hotels, pharmacies, and cinemas, it took the lead in realizing a "DIY" free combination of certificates.

Enterprises can choose to apply for certificates according to their own business field, submit a singular application, and open their businesses with a comprehensive license upon approval.

Wang Gang, senior manager of the government affairs department of JD Qixian Supermarket, remarked that, "Our Qixian Supermarket in Longfor Paradise Walk is the first PLUS member store in China. What is different from the previous format is that we have added health food, second-class medical equipment, hairdressing and other businesses.”

During Mid-Autumn Festival, the Beijing E-Town Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau went to the project site, conducted inspections, and connected approval materials to the office to ensure that a comprehensive license could be issued to Qixian Supermarket on the first working day after the festival.

The number of application forms for handling related matters in Qixian Supermarket has been reduced from four to one, the number of application materials has been reduced from 54 to 21, and the processing time has been shortened from 17 working days to one working day.

In addition, Gao Xin, an administrator of the Beijing Bona Cinema Management Chain Co. in Beijing E-Town, obtained Beijing's first comprehensive license for the cinema industry on the same day.
