Updated: 2022-06-16

On June 8, two staff members from the Urban Operation Bureau of the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA) walked into Ruixing Group in the Software Park of Beijing University of Technology, and handed over the hazardous chemicals business license to the company.

This is also the first certificate after the BDA launched reforms separating permits from the business license on Jan 25, 2022, and implemented the notification and commitment for the handling of hazardous chemicals business licenses.

The date of issuance of the license received by the enterprise was April 27.

"We submitted it on April 25, and it was accepted two days later," said Yu Jing, the company's financial director. It's an enterprise that operates but does not store hazardous chemicals. The original hazardous chemicals business license will expire on July 10 this year, so its extension application was submitted online on April 25.

The BDA implemented a notification commitment for the handling of hazardous chemicals business licenses on Jan 25, 2022.

Enterprises without storage operations only need to submit three documents: Application, Commitment and Property Certificate.

The BDA Urban Operation Bureau will conduct on-site inspections of the company's commitments item by item to ensure that the commitments are consistent with the on-site conditions.
