The first financing of intelligent and networked standard intersections was supported by the Bureau of Commerce and Finance of the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA), ICBC Beijing Pilot Free Trade Zone Sub-branch cooperated with Beijing Yizhuang Digital Infrastructure Technological Development.  The project seeks to promote the construction of high-level autonomous driving demonstration zones in Beijing.

Beijing Yizhuang Digital Infrastructure Technological Development has promoted the construction of high-level autonomous driving demonstration zones.  

According to the plan,  the company will continue to promote the multi-functional pole project of intelligent networked intersections in the BDA, building 3,480 multi-functional poles and 305 smart boxes at 305 intersections in the area.

This new exploration in the industrial field is not the first attempt of ICBC Beijing Pilot Free Trade Zone Sub-branch to support regional industrial development. 

ICBC has signed a strategic cooperation agreement of the "14th Five-Year Plan" period (2021-25) with the BDA Administrative Committee. It has taken the lead in supporting urban renewal projects in the area, providing financial guarantee for integrated circuits, biomedicine and other manufacturing industries.
