The first financial institution recently settled in the "Two zones" construction service window of the government affairs service center in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA). 

The BDA branch of the Bank of China dispatches commissioners to provide a full range of financial consulting and material pre-review services for foreign talents and foreign-related enterprises.

To create an international business environment and facilitate foreign talents, this April the Government Affairs Service Center of the BDA opened a "Two Zones" construction service window in the International Talent Service Hall to provide financial services, taxation, intellectual property and other consultations related to foreign-funded enterprises and to accept feedback. 

The foreign-related services of the "Two Zones" window have been further optimized.

Starting from May 19, every Wednesday from 14:00 to 16:00 commissioners from the BDA branch of the Bank of China in the service window will offer various financial consulting and material pre-review services for foreign talents and foreign-related enterprises.

After settlement by the Bank of China, the commissioners can provide foreign talents with salary facilitation of foreign exchange purchases, foreign exchange settlement, cross-border remittance, credit card matters, debit card consultation and material pre-examination, as well as foreign-related enterprises’ cross-border trade and investment facilitation, corporate deposits, foreign exchange businesses, guarantees, letters of credit, cross-border cash management and risk management services of the exchange rate.

Foreign talents and foreign-related enterprises can receive the above services with one stop in the International Talent Service Hall. 

Meanwhile, staff members of the service window can also offer the bank window appointment services after checking submitted materials.
