E-Town enterprise service ports solve 475 corporate problems in 4 months

E-Town enterprise service ports collected and resolved 475 corporate requests in Hong Kong between the beginning of this year and April 23.

"The large amount of solid waste and branches in our factory was finally cleared," said a spokesperson from Aupres approvingly. "E-Town Port of the E-Town enterprise service ports solved the problem that has long plagued us in only three days."

E-Town enterprise service ports is an innovative service method which has been adopted in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone (BDA).

It aims to serve enterprises wherever they are. Since the establishment of the service port system, BDA is now able to "reach enterprises' doorsteps" and further facilitate their operations.

As of April 23, BDA had completed the construction of Taihu Port, Tongming Lake Port, Yongkang Port, Majuqiao Port, E-Town Port, Ronghua Port, Boxing Port, and Jinghai Port. 

Other service ports such as Jiugong Port and Yinghai Port have completed site selection and are scheduled to be built before July. 

The service content of these ports has also been continuously expanded. 

Trade union service stations, community youth exchanges and government service stations have successively settled in these ports, optimizing BDA's business environment.

According to statistics, as of April 23, E-Town enterprise services ports had served 1,123 companies in 2021, and had collected and resolved 475 corporate appeals.

In addition, the newly-built smart service system of the E-Town enterprise service ports was put into operation. 

Through the collection of information and feedback demands, response speeds and resolution efficiency across the various departments have also been improved.
