The Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA) held a routine press briefing for the release of Beijing E-Town Innovation on April 28.

"Measures for Implementing New Development Concepts to Accelerate the High-Quality Development of Beijing E-Town (Version 3.0)" was released at the meeting. 

The policy includes 14 measures affecting epidemic control, innovation promotion, market expansion and optimal management.

Beijing E-Town is also included in the range of coverage.

In the first half of 2020 alone, the BDA honored enterprises with 341 million yuan ($52.68 million) of economic contribution awards, nearly 62 million yuan of R&D investment growth awards, over 68 million yuan of output value growth awards, and more than 40 million yuan of fixed asset investment awards. 

In addition, it allocated subsidies of more than 2.8 million yuan, bringing the accumulated reward funds to 510 million yuan.

In a link to corporate innovation results, Goldwind Technology released its intelligent design of China's first "carbon neutrality" smart park, and Annoroad announced its innovation path and industrialization practice of the genetic big data cloud platform.
