The opening ceremony of the 2023 Qimen Black Tea Picking Festival was held in Likou town, which is administered by Qimen county in Huangshan city, Anhui province, on April 2, marking the start of the town's tea picking season this year.
While talking with a reporter, the 14-year-old Zhu Jiacheng, skillfully brewed tea, added syrup and ice cubes and whisked the mixture. In about a minute, a cup of White Tea Mojito was complete and the reporter said it tasted quite refreshing and had a strong fragrance of mint and white tea.
Huangshan in Anhui province will offer free tickets to all A-level scenic spots in the city, including the UNESCO-listed Huangshan Mountain, Xidi ancient village and Hongcun ancient village, on April 5, 12, 19 and 26.
