Guided by its annual targets and developmental priorities, Tunxi district accelerated the development of high-end equipment manufacturing and the industrial mother machine sector.
Expanding shared research and development, and pilot testing supported the industrial development, in an effort to promote smarter, greener, and more innovative industrial practices.
The district's industrial cluster strengthened, with 14 industrial mother machine enterprises established and over 70 upstream and downstream partners contributing to a cohesive ecosystem. Key projects like Dongfeng Jingguan Powertrain exemplify this momentum. With the ability to produce 30,000 agricultural machinery engines annually, it has bolstered Huangshan's industrial capabilities.
Strategic reforms, including streamlined approval processes and flexible industrial land development policies, attracted businesses to industrial parks like Jiulong Low-Carbon Park. The park supports core sectors such as electronics, automotive, and biotech, generating 179 million yuan in tax revenue for the city this year.
