It is said that in the old days, when someone wandered from the local Yungu Temple there, it was like entering a painting, which seemed to be so surreal in its beauty that the visitor was completely transfixed with the bewitching scenery of Huangshan Mountain and called it "Shixin" – which means "start to believe" in English.
