Picking season for tender tea sprouts in Shushan village, Suzhou New District has begun.

Come visit the village, breathe in the fresh air, and join local farmers for an immersive tea-picking journey far away from the hustle and bustle of urban life.

Shushan village, which is blessed with a well-preserved natural environment, has developed a reputation for its green tea due to its mild temperatures, moist air, and fertile land.

Tea leaves picked and processed before Tomb Sweeping Day, which usually falls in early April, are believed to have the best taste, aroma and freshness and are usually sold at a fair price.
