Huqiu district (Suzhou New District) has set goals for economic and social development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25).
It aims to become a model of innovation-driven development, a pioneer in high-quality development, and a leader among domestic science and technology industrial parks.
The district has laid out detailed plans for five goals – making progress in industrial transformation and upgrading, achieving further reform and opening-up, accelerating regional coordination, protecting the environment, and improving living standards.
