Hua Yuan, born in May 1974, as an on-the-job postgraduate public administration degree, began working in July 1996. Of Chinese Han ethnicity, he hails from Shanghai and is a member of the Communist Party of China. Hua is currently director of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and secretary of the leading Party members' group of the commission.
