Shi Jingen, born in September 1960, with on-the-job university degrees, began working in September 1979. He hails from Shaoxing city, Zhejiang province, and is a member of the CPC. Shi is currently deputy-director of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and Shanghai Municipal Office for Port Services.
