Shen Weihua, born in May 1970, with a master's degree in law, began working in July 1987. Of Chinese Han ethnicity, he hails from Gushi city, Henan province, and is a member of the CPC. Shen is currently deputy-director of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and Shanghai Municipal Office for Port Services.
