Zhu Yi, born in April 1975, with an on-the-job postgraduate law degree, began working in August 1997. Of Chinese Han ethnicity, she hails from Shanghai and is a member of the CPC. Zhu is currently deputy-director of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce.
