Zhang Guohua, born in November 1965, with a master's degree in economics, began working in August 1987. Of Chinese Han ethnicity, he hails from Nantong city, Jiangsu province, and is a member of the CPC. Zhang is chief economic manager of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce.
