Li Hong, born in July 1966, with a master's degree in law, began working in July 1987. Of Chinese Han ethnicity, she hails from Yingshang county, Anhui province, and is a member of the CPC. Li is vice-inspector of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and head of its financial division.
