Huawei's ability to trade with US firms was recently restricted as the company was blacklisted by the US government, a move that ratcheted up US-China tensions. Nevertheless, the company is targeting a 5G rollout, 5G phone networks, and global dispensation of ultra-fast wireless technology.
As things develop, Britain has announced that it has officially launched the country's first 5G network and that the BBC has made its first 5G broadcast.
