Cantonese Dim Sum

At dim sum time, Zhuhai’s restaurants are always crowded. A variety is served, including Crispy Durian Cake, Hong Kong Boat Congee, White Fungus & Lotus Seed Soup, Chicken Feet (also known as Phoenix Claws), and Rice Noodle Rolls. 

Jin Yue Xuan Seafood, Mayflower Royal, Yijian Seafood restaurants and star hotels all serve dim sums.
