XJTU exhibition showcases Picasso masterpieces at iHarbour
A three-day Picasso exhibition named "Cubism and Space" was unveiled by the School of Human Settlement and Civil Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) on April 8 at iHarbour, the innovation hub of the university.
Eight Picasso paintings created in his heyday were featured in the exhibition. Alongside the architectural models designed by XJTU teachers and students, the exhibition offered a unique and interactive experience for visitors to appreciate the beauty of painting and architectural art.
The venue of the exhibition, an experimental building designed by the school, provided a perfect backdrop for the display of Picasso's artworks, showcasing the seamless integration of art and architecture in a green and low-carbon environment.
The exhibition received widespread acclaim on campus and online, including praise from attendees from other universities.
The exhibition created a buzz on social media, with the first day generating a blizzard of enthusiastic reviews.
